ERGOTRON LearnFit® Sit-Stand Desk, Short Mobile Student Desk
SKU: MA40-24-547-003
Mobile Student Desk
Transform classrooms, conference rooms or common areas into active spaces with flexible seating using the LearnFit mobile desk. It works as a standing desk for students ages six and up with sit-to-stand flexibility for ages 12 through adult. Personalise how you learn or work by adding movement to the school or workday with LearnFit.
- Super durable worksurface construction: MDF core with solid high-pressure laminate on top surface and melamine laminate on bottom surface. Worksurface edges are finished with molded polyurea band, which withstands the most challenging student use
- For students ages 12 and over, LearnFit can be easily adjusted between their sitting and standing heights, with a standard-height student chair being used for seating. For students ages 6 through 12, LearnFit should be set at the standing height of each individual student. For seating in elementary classrooms, it is recommended that each LearnFit be paired with a stool that is taller than the typical classroom chair. This will allow the desk to remain in the standing-height position during the class period

What does EKOBOR offer?
EKOBOR provides ergonomic office chairs, electric standing desks, office accessories and workplace furniture solutions in Hong Kong. Our products are suitable for home offices, individual workstations, corporate offices, meeting rooms and other working environments.
How do I choose the right ergonomic office chair?
The right ergonomic chair depends on your height, body shape, working habits, desk height and personal preference. When comparing a chair, consider the seat height, seat depth, backrest, lumbar support, armrests and available adjustment functions.
As everyone’s body shape and sitting preference are different, we recommend trying a chair in person whenever possible.

What is an electric standing desk?
An electric standing desk allows you to adjust the height of the desktop using an electric control system. This gives you the flexibility to work in a sitting or standing position according to your needs.
When choosing a standing desk, you should consider its height range, desktop size, load capacity, stability, motor system, controller and cable management options.
Are standing desks suitable for home offices?
Yes. Standing desks can be used in home offices, study rooms, bedrooms and other working areas. Before purchasing, measure the available width and depth, as well as the space underneath and around the desk.
You should also consider the size of your monitor, computer, keyboard, accessories and power cables.
How do I choose the right standing desk size?
Start by measuring the available workspace. Consider the following:
- Desktop width and depth
- Number of monitors
- Computer and equipment size
- Keyboard and mouse position
- Cable and power socket locations
- Space needed for the desk to move up and down
- Access around doors, walls and walkways
If you are unsure, please contact the EKOBOR team with your room dimensions and equipment details.
What height range should I choose for a standing desk?
The suitable height range depends on the user’s height, working position and whether the desk will be shared by different users.
Before choosing a desk, check the minimum and maximum height. If the desk will be used by people of different heights, a wider adjustment range may provide greater flexibility.
What is the difference between an ergonomic chair and a standing desk?
An ergonomic chair focuses on seated support and adjustability, including the seat height, seat depth, backrest, lumbar support and armrests.
A standing desk allows you to adjust the desktop height and change between sitting and standing positions. Many users choose to improve both their chair and desk so that the entire workstation can be adjusted more effectively.
Does ergonomic furniture treat back or neck pain?
Ergonomic furniture is not a substitute for medical diagnosis or treatment. A suitable chair or desk may help you create a more adjustable and comfortable working environment, but individual results will vary.
If you have ongoing or serious pain, please consult a qualified healthcare professional.
