我的懷孕經歷令EKOBOR誕生

♥️時間真係過得好快，仲記得當時都冇諗過要生小朋友👧🏼👶。甘快就來三歲。
呢幾年覺得好似無停過。#ekobor 同湊佢地，工作、屋企、家人、接翻學放學，每日都不斷盤旋起呢個過程。但亦都係因為你地所以先有決心搞 #ekobor 。

自己經歷左先明白生小朋友個心境係好複雜，成日擔心個👶BB無營養，去唔到佢到，又驚壓住佢地，又驚佢地唔郁。仲知未真正做人呀媽都已經覺得好需要「全力以赴」準備好，但亦都令我明白到沒有最好，只有不斷同佢地一齊學習，學習做媽咪，學習耐性，學習溝通。。。
身體方面，好多懷孕媽媽都會經歷背脊痛的問題，因為bb同水的重量對腰骨產生好大的負荷，感同身受，而用升降枱工作之後確實幫到我感少腰酸背痛的問題，令我唔使擔心D營養去唔到佢地度，使到我可以專心工作，無甘擔心，完成工作得快d又即係可以早得收工😝，個人精神上都放鬆了些。好似一個循環甘，精神唔好工作都一定受影響。
所以，我好希望可以透過 #ekobor 令多D人明白
#升降枱 對工作和健康的好處和用處。
