No.1 殺手級坐姿-『駝背』 檢測方式:有沒有覺察自己駝背的樣子?

很少人其實會察覺自己有駝背的問題,原來唔講你唔知,唔覺唔覺,到你40歲,病徵就會浮出來;例如:頭痛、頭暈、眼睛乾澀、記憶力變差、脖子僵硬、長骨刺、胸悶、胃痛、肩膀痠痛、膏肓痛、五十肩….等,很多問題都跟這個姿勢有關係。
第1步:豐富你的想像力,把身子拉直,好像量度高度這樣子。
坐姿正確的時候,從背後看脊椎也是直的

第2步:拿出左右手的三隻手指頭,揉揉看脖子兩邊的肌肉。
身體坐直時脖子兩旁的肌肉會是柔軟的。

第3步:做出駝背,且脖子往前伸看電腦螢幕的姿勢。
接下來,我們做一個不對的姿勢。由於打電腦的時候,我們非常容易有下列狀況:背部疲倦而駝背、抬頭看前方的螢幕、前方螢幕看不清楚而下巴往前拉。

第4步:拿出左右手的三隻手指頭,揉揉看駝背時脖子兩邊的肌肉。
這個錯誤姿勢下的脖子兩側肌肉,有沒有覺得變僵硬了呢?

所以藉由剛才這個演練,我們可以覺察到「原來一個人坐直的時候頸椎是沒有被壓迫的、肌肉是柔軟的。」,可是當你駝背的時候,加上抬頭看著前面,頭部約5公斤(頭部重量大約是體重十分之一)左右的重量,就會壓迫在頸椎的關節上,導致關節受壓、肌肉緊繃、循環的不良。
此外,如果你在駝背加上用滑鼠的時候,發現自己背部的衣服緊繃了,代表你的筋膜也正在緊繃了,這也會造成血液循環的不良。
