常久坐不驚不覺地令你身體機能老化,為什麼?

新的研究發現,站多些反而令處於更年輕的狀態更長。
英國什魯斯伯裏大學(University centre of Shrewsbury)應用運動科學教授巴克利教授(Professor John Buckley)說,跟50年前相比,因工作環境和科技進步, 現代人坐著的時間比還是以種植為主的農夫時代更多。例如,大多數人除睡眠時間以外,70-80%的時間是坐著的。
為何久坐對身體不好?
坐著能讓新陳代謝速度放緩。坐著時,機體所有部位都失去了刺激,從骨骼、循環到新陳代謝系統,都處於靜息狀態。
人類最遠久開始是打獵活過來的,因此,人體都莫過於為「動態式」生活而設計的。每天大多數時候都應該處於移動狀態,除了坐下來小休、進食、和睡覺以外。
久坐控制血糖方面,站著確實有好處,這方面的證據似乎很強。
巴克利教授 (Professor John Buckley) 曾進行過一些試驗,讓辦公室和呼叫中心的僱員像平時那樣坐著辦公一天。
研究人員在這個測試中控制他們的飲食,並每隔15分鐘檢查他們的血糖指數。次日,研究人員重覆同樣的試驗,但不同在於他們要站著辦公。
在午飯後四個半小時的班上,研究人員至少跟蹤讀取了參與者2個小時的血糖指數後發現,雖然他們血糖指數有所上升,但幅度不大,而且下降的速度要要比坐著上班快得多,並在整個下午都保持較低水平。
要循環好,一定要多動,工作上能加入動的原素就是透過升降枱30分鐘坐站交替可以簡單實現又不影響專注度,反而因血液行快了,更精神更快捷!
